Timber panted as he made his way through the empty city. It was silent and Timber was exhausted from his journey. He needed to find a place to go. As he was passing a place he smelled scent markers and hoped that the creature there would allow him one night there. Timber swerved aside to find the leader of this territory. He hoped that he could find a place to rest and have some food before he continued his journey to find the packs he had heard of along his journey. Timber slowed and called out, "Hello? Is anyone here," he called out shyly. Timber did not want to intrude without announcing his presence. The black wolf collapsed once he was in the shade. He closed his eyes in exhaustion. He hoped that the wolf would allow him at least some rest time here. The black wolf struggled to his feet as he sensed that another creature was nearby. Timber did not want to be caught in a vulnerable position on another creature's territory. Timber sat up straight and waited for the other creature to make it's appearance. Timber took a sniff and smelled a male. He knew instantly that it would be a little more difficult to ask for some time here for resting. Timber knew that males were a little more territorial than females were because with females they would at least consider him a mate. With a male Timber may walk away with a few injuries rather than some rest.

Hyde watched as a black mutt entered his territory. The mongrel panting as he made his way up the the doors that entered the palace of the King of the Strays.
It had come up and howled out to the owner of the masterpiece of a home. "Hello? Is anyone here." His voice shy and cautious. A scared little fellow? Yes, he knows who lives here and who haunts the souls of whoever enters his territory of the doomed.
He fell to the ground before getting back up. He sniffed the air waiting for something. ... He must know. He must.
Hyde lurked in the shadows of the past. The sanity lost in the past and in the present. Nothing that entered the doors of Hyde's Asylum exited a sane man (or if they made it out alive is a stretch). The dark rooms provided excellent coverage for the mottled brute.
Hyde's gruff voice sounded through the quiet mental hospital. "Yes there is. ... And? ..."
He walked out of the shadows from on of the rooms that laid in a hallway near by, His white teeth glowing as the edge of his lips raised into a smile. His eyes staring at the black half-blood. His muscles corded under his beautiful pelt that was hand crafted by the heavenly bodies above.
He walked closer to the black dog before stopping. His steps slow. Intimidating the ignorant blunt.

Timber moved to show that he was inferior to Hyde, "I am sorry for trespassing, but I was wondering if you could spare a place for me to rest for the night." He gulped and went on, "And maybe a small bite to eat." Timber stayed in the position he was in to show that he was no threat to the other animal. He was deformed, but Timber did not think it was something to mention. It was a little disturbing to see the deformity, but Timber kept to himself. Timber waited for the other male to respond. He just wanted a place to stay, but he would move on if the other male said. The black wolf was silent and submissive. He would do as the other wolf said because Timber knew he was on another territory. His smallish medium paws splayed the ground. He was patient and would wait for the other to give him the go ahead to stay or the snarl for "get out of here!"

The black thing made it clear that he was inferior. The gods smiled upon his soul. "I am sorry for trespassing, but I was wondering if you could spare a place for me to rest for the night," gulp, "and maybe a small bite to eat." He did not more.
Hyde smiled at the black thing. This was one he liked. Most black mutts thought they were equals- but not this one. This one was special. Yes, he was special. This one had the general sens of knowing to him. He was smart.
His smile stretched from eye to eye and had the feeling of murder that came with it. It was the Devil's pride and the gods' fear. It was the sight so many seen before their souls left their body and flew away from the Earth to get away from the beast.
Hyde took a step forward. Feet slayed against the dirty linoleum floor and his muscles flexed with each step. His pelt shifting over his muscles. "Yes. Come stay. ... You should find something so munch on. There is plenty here." His voice rough and added to the moment. His eyes piercing the mongrel's that stood before him.

Timber sighed with relief, "Thank you," he said. It was always polite to be nice, especially if the creature you were being nice to was the leader of the land he was on. Timber shifted his stance, but he made sure to move as if he were inferior. Timber did not want to anger the male wolf and be on the wrong side of the mouth. Timber followed Hyde. He was glad that he had a place to stay. Timber hoped that he would be well rested to continue his journey to find the packs he had heard about. Timber turned to Hyde, "Have you heard of the Auryn and Denali packs?" Timber hoped that he could find out more about the two packs he had heard about. He had heard about them, but he did not know if they really existed. Timber waited quietly for Hyde to respond. When that was answered then he would leave the creature alone unless he wanted to talk to him. Timber did not know if the deformed wolf took part in idle conversation, but asking about the two packs was not idle. It was crucial to his journey.

"Thank you," the black mutt replied. He stayed in his pitiful stance- giving the idea that he, was, indeed smaller and less important and was very alright with his position. "Have you heard of the Auryn and Denali packs?" The black wolf asked Hyde and then waited patiently for the big brute to reply that stood full of pride.
A smile came upon the face of the successor. "Yeah. The little pussy asses. Not as high and mighty as they wish to believe themselves as. ... Kind of funny." Hyde let out a small chuckle at the thought of the other packs. His voice rough for whatever reason left unknown.
He walked down the hall, not looking back at the little mutt. He walked into a large room with old painting on the walls and chairs in various parts. He looked back onto the wolf. "... Why do you ask?"
OOC:// Sorry its short. I have a headache.
