Appearance: Timber has black fur which is short and soft. His is lean and agile which makes for a good hunter. His paws are a nice medium sized that make it good for hunting. His black fur makes it harder for him in the summer because of the color. It makes him extremely hot in the summer. Timber has golden yellow eyes that seem to shine like fire when he is angry or in the sunlight.

He is somewhat handsome and good looking. Timber has a fluffy tail. His legs are long which make for good hunting tools. Timber's ears are semi tall and erect and help with hearing. The fur between his ears is sticking up a little like blades of grass. Timber has a smallish medium snout with a good nose. Timber's muscles are well toned for hunting and fighting. His ribs show a little, but his muscles and fur are becoming shiner and more fuller and healthier.

Personality: Timber is friendly and caring. He is often alert for hunting and other things that would help wolves live. Timber is shy about meeting others as he has never been very good at making friends easily. Once he does have friends he will overcome his shyness a little and become a little more outgoing. Timber jumps too much when someone walks up to him without announcing it and Timber often wonders why he is such a good hunter with his jumpiness.

When a decision is given to Timber to make the male hesitates before making a decision. Some wolves think he is incapable of making good decisions, but these hesitations are actually ones of thoughtfulness and caring. Timber only hesitates with decisions to play through the options given to him in his head in several ways and see which one comes out with the most positive outcomes.

Once Timber has the positive outcomes then he will make his decision and basks in the looks of surprise as other wolves realize that that was the answer that they wanted. Because of this Timber's self esteem rises extremely well and makes him a better, less shy wolf.

Past: Timber was born to Ember and Basile. His brother is Runner and his sister is Ginger. Timber learned extremely quickly that he needed to stay close to the den where his mother had kept him and his two siblings at. When Timber was almost a year old a storm broke out. Timber and his family was torn apart and Timber does not know where his parents or siblings are at.

From an early age Timber has learned to live on his own and hunted and fought on his own. Many times Timber almost lost his life from predators. Timber had close calls each time his life was in danger. Days and days passed and Timber had more and more encounters. One day Timber found a small pack with wolf pups his age. At this time Timber was a little over a year.

The pack found him as a threat, but after explaining that he just wants a temporary pack until he is old enough to be on his own truely. He has agreed to keep an eye on the slightly younger pups while the parents are away hunting. Timber was allowed to stay as one of the packs' temporary pups. With Timber around both parents were able to hunt for their pups and Timber. Once Timber was old enough he left one night on his own.

Timber will always keep that pack alive in his heart for their generosity. Timber hunted and fought on his own and wondered if he would find a permanant pack. Timber heard about a couple of packs and he headed in the direction that they were in. The 2 1/2 year old wolf hopes that he will find a permanant pack to live with until the end of his days.

Roleplay Sample: Timber padded through the forest looking for prey. He had been alone for two years now and there was no one and nothing holding him to a pack. Timber thought that once he left his pack he would no longer care for one, but after awhile he had grown lonesome being alone all the time. Timber sniffed and scented rabbit. Licking his lips the hybrid stalked his prey silently. Then he leapt forward and gave chase to the rabbit and just before it entered it's hole, Timber caught it. The young wolf still could not get the delecious taste from his mind. He remembered his mother always acting like a dog when she was a pure wolf.

Timber finished off his meal and buried the remains. Somehow he got the feeling that he was not wanted on this land and he didn't want to leave evidence of him being on another animal's territory. He knew how some animals attacked when they found a strang and unwanted creature on their land. Timber then moved on to find something to drink and wondering if he was ever going to have a new pack that he would be allowed to join.
