Any moderator experience?: Yes, two other sites so I'm very familiar with the run of the mill sort of things
Can you do HTML/CSS? I can do basic, I'm familiar with coding I can easily insert codes and modify them, I'm easily adaptable with coding ^^
When should you delete a board/warn a member, etc?: When things seem to be taking a turn toward going against the rules, being rude and other things along those lines. No need to be harsh just politely but firmly warn them. ^^

I'd love to be a part of a site that has a high chance of taking off ^^.

Any admin experience?: ofc! i've admin'd many sites in my history, and i find it very enjoyable. C: though i haven't been adminin' lately - just helping other people out with skins and such.

Any moderator experience?: I've admined a site here and there and was a mod on a site that is LONG dead, but i think modding is better for me .
Can you do HTML/CSS? I can do HTML pretty well, I havent really done CSS yet but I want to learn how so, soon maybe. =)
When should you delete a board/warn a member, etc?: If say a important rule was broken, or someone was being REALLY disrespectful or racist or such. Basically, anything that went across the rules of keyara. (:

Any admin experience?: I have ran several successful sites.
Examples of graphics or skins: GRAPHIC and a SKIN. And I have done all the coding and graphics on the skin site myself. That was a smaller site I made with a friend. ... I had a studio- it was called Shutter Studios if you have ever heard of it. But, that was about two years ago.
Can you do HTML/CSS/UBBC? Yes. And I have had classes on them and tutored in those classes. I have forgot a lot of my stff, but still remember quite a bit from them.

Any moderator experience?: Yes I'm a mod in many sites. I am currently on 36 rpgs, being admin of 2, co-admin of 9, and moderator on 13 of them.
Can you do HTML/CSS? Yes I can, HTML is my strength, CSS i can do but not as well but I can still do it.
When should you delete a board/warn a member, etc?: You should delete a board when any/all characters have left the site or if the members on the board ask it to be removed/If it needs to be [vulgar words, inappropriate pictures or fights between members.] Members should be warned when rules are broken, such as: amount of words, over PG-13 more then three times, profane/inappropriate language or photos against another member in chatbox/occ/messages. Banning members is simple, after a certain limit of warnings the member should be banned for a certain period of time or ban forever, depends on the level of profane or warnings they have. I usually give three then ban for a few days. if they proceed again, they will be ban for the amount they were plus 2.
Other: I love to help the site stay active, clean and up to the standards, I'm on everyday and I answer posts almost everyday if not every other day. I love to meet new people and I get along with mostly anyone. I'd be happy to help out! I never run out of muse, and I'm ready for anything. Even if I dont get chosen, hopeful you'll keep me in mind for maybe a change later on in time :D Plus I think It'd be nice to have a dude in the staff as it wouldnt be fair if their all girls NO OFFENCE :P <3
