| [atrb=background,http://i51.tinypic.com/1zzke3l.jpg][scrolly:h(232),w(340),sy] The water flowed calmly as the Alphess of Auryn took a few sips. Acelia had woken up really early, for some reason, and she decided to go hunting. Unfortunately, no one else was awake, so she just wandered out by herself for some relaxing, morning hunting.
The Alphess pricked her ears up, looking around the Stream. There were plenty of fish, but Acelia couldn't fish very well, she would probably scare them all off. I'll leave the fish, maybe another wolf could catch them. she thought, pricking her ears for sign of prey.
Nearby, a herd of deer were grazing right in the open, it would be an easy catch. Acelia's brown eyes gazed around the clearing, picking out the oldest and weakest deer, which would be easy to catch. Crouching down, the skilled Alphess stalked forwards on quick paws. There was plenty of brambles and low bushes to hide behind, and the weakest deer was in front one of the bushes.
Suddenly, the herd of deer started to run away, clearly frightened. Darn it... Acelia thought silently. One of them must have spotted me...

Lets play with fire...
Paws stepped against the ground with ease, what could bring this male to these lands on such a glorious day?? Hmmm who knew right? This male of power and violence had such lust for the world the he himself seemed to forget where he was. But no he knew exactly where he was. Dangerous... yes? Did he care? No. This male pushed limits but he was on a mission. To call forth the alphess. He stepped again and danced over a stick, his tail flopped lazily behind him. His back end swaying with each step. Muscles rolling back as he moved.
Blue optics lifted as he reached water, there she was, the alphess. A snarled left his maw and his body lowered, his shoulders rolled back in their place as he swept the ground around the alphess. Tail became stiff. He eyed her. He stepped over himself as he moved around to her side about 5 feet away from him.
'Acelia...'
His deep vocals rolled out of his throat and into the air around them. Directed to the alphess who he hated dearly. Teeth showed in defense, snarls and growls were exchanged from him. Hair lifted along his spine of how he hated her. He side stepped to wards the water and eyed the fish but head swiveled and looked to wards her. Ears flattened then lifted and he relaxed stood tall and eyes narrowed.
'My most hated friend... I must speak with you about a matter in which I find.... aggravating... Care to lend a ear and thought?'
He snarled and his lip twitched as growls rumbled out of him. He shook off his coat and looked over her again. This is about strays, his land trespassers. Dee knew that him on her land was not allowed but she knew that if she came on his land that he would give her the respect to speak upon matters, hoping she would leave when she was done without a fight as Dee would. But Dee knew alphas spoke and Dee wanted rid of something... he waited far away, he wasn't scared of her but, this war the huge fight it hadn't started... why start a fight against the alpha when the war would be a much better battle for the Denali to win... where he could kill the alphas of this pitiful land... right in front of the eyes of his soldiers.
Notes: I'm just joining in to get it started for you and see if others will join, then he will be leaving (: Hope you don't mind! (: Moderator notes: OOC: Open To: Acelia && Open |

((My posts are gonna feel so plain 8P))) The little wolf pup, hadn't had much luck recently. Having lost both his mother and father within such a short amount of time after being born. It wasn't a safe world for the little pup, to wonder around in. Yet he kept strong and optimistic. Never looking down, or falling into the dumps, he kept moving forward. If he didn't then he would fall behind, and like his parents he would die. He however did not stop, no matter what seemed to hinder his path. Yet the most recent obstacle seemed the hardest to pass. As the days went by, he was without his mother's milk, and no longer with the meat his father had brought. So with that set aside, the hunger was starting to kick in,
It was a rather early morning, and the pup was quite chirpy for the time of day. Most other wolves would still be sleeping, and if not that, be in there 'dens' looking after each other...or so he'd come to believe. This little pup however had learned, from his father, that other animals, liked the early mornings, because it gave them some sort of security. Or so he'd come to believe. It wasn't the most reassuring thing, but he was certain that he could try. He'd seen his father take down animals, like deer and goats, and had done so with relative ease. Maybe it wouldn't be so hard for the little pup either. Just start off small, and with that thought in mind, he started off.
He'd been wandering slowly along this stream for the past few hours, watching the fish as they swam below the water's surface. He'd seen his father catch a fish once, it didn't look too hard. Although the pup didn't realise falling into the water wasn't part of fishing. He came to a halt, unaware of another wolf, only metres down the stream, and the deer who were nearby grazing, a weak scout keeping an eye on the little pup. Alerting the group at any sign of dangerous movement. The wolf pup, began to mimics his father's fishing actions. He lowered himself down, his backside going upwards, his small soft tail stiffening, the hair splaying outwards. He allowed his jaw to open slightly, his small sharp teeth sitting perfectly in his jaw. He dived his head in the water at a fish.
As soon as his head was plunged, the deer ran off, and the fish scattered. The water was cool, and it was a strange sensation on the pup's small ears and nose. He pulled his head straight back out of the water, and sat on his back haunches. He'd failed, where his father succeed, and would go hungry even longer. However as he raised his head, he noticed that he was not alone. He noticed two others, wolves just like him. Much older however, and both looked quite powerful.
The pup lowered himself to the ground, and tried to loosen his body. He would attempt to make himself invisible. Another thing he'd learnt in his short time here, was how to hide. Or so he thought. Almost sliding along the ground, he pulled himself into a patch of long grass, which hid his initial appearance. However his white fur was quite bright, and stuck out quite obviously amongst the green. He breathed slowly, watching the two wolves, staring each other off. If he didn't know any better, he'd say there was some history, or just something they didn't like about each other. He'd do his best to keep out of there way for now. He'd be much safer that way. | [atrb=background,http://i51.tinypic.com/1zzke3l.jpg][scrolly:h(232),w(340),sy] The Alphess' brown eyes widened as she saw the Alpha of Denali, crouching all alone in the middle of her territory. Right when she was about to march on over there, and deal with him, he spoke.
"Acelia..." the Alpha growled, displaying many signs of aggression . "My most hated friend... I must speak with you about a matter in which I find.... aggravating... Care to lend an ear and thought?"
Acelia carefully walked over to her rival, pricking her ears up for sounds of any intruding wolves. No sounds were heard, apart from the chirping of birds and the sparkling blue river flowing gently.
"What is it you would like to speak about?" Acelia asked carefully, swishing her tail. At that moment it would be a perfect time for a trap to kill the Alphess, and knowing Denali, they probably would do that. But, the Alpha had come all alone, by the sounds and smells of things. Although it would have been quite easy for his warrior's to roll in a patch of garlic, or mud to easily disguise their scent from wolves patrolling the borders.
Acelia growled gently, to show the Alpha that he was not welcome on Auryn territory. After all, her pack was the one that found and lived on the island for so many decades, until Denali came and ruined their peaceful lives. Now, all wolves had to fight for survival. It would have been much better if there was just one pack on the mystical island. Everything had gotten so complicated when they came.
What would be so important that made him come all the way over here? she thought, glaring at her enemy as she waited for a response.

Lets talk... He sat down as she stepped to wards him. She spoke to him, her words made him want to vomit. Made his stomach curl and bubble. He lifted his eyes to look to wards her. Ears lifted and her words entered his ears and into his mind. He opened his mouth gently, words slipped out like a demon was trying to escape
' Strays... I don't want them entering and being on my land... You're land and wolves are so kind and gentle pussies... I suggest you find the strays and remove them from my lands...'
His words were kind yet rough around the edges, he flicked his ears back gently and looked around, blue optics caught onto a small pup laying down, a smile curled on his face. Not a kind one, it was a vicious, demented twisted smile that would surely send shivers. Paws stepped forward and body slipped around the alphess and traced his shadow. Eyes blinked.
'Soldier in training... fresh blood to be spilt... oh... you poor animal.'
He snarled and licked his mouth, eyes widened as he stepped to wards the small fluff that lay on the ground trying to act like he wasn't there. He snarled and snapped his neck back to the alphess. He turned away and stepped to wards the alphess. Ears lifted and snarls wracked his body and teeth showed. He growled and claws grabbed the earth.
'Or do you have an idea.. on how to get rid of them? I dint want to have to kill the all..'
He snarled and arched his back spinning around the alphess withe ease and a sly smile around on his face. Ears forward snarls left him. Then he calmed down gently and sat on his hind again, and stared at the female waiting. Hmmm what would this do for them?

The pup lowered himself as close to the ground as he could, made as little noise as he could, and breathed as quietly, slowly and silently as he could. The more aggressive acting, looking and sounding wolf, gave him the chills, making his fur stand on end. Even worse then usual, and that made him stand out excruciatingly obvious from the grass. However the pup, was still quite young, and did not realise this quite yet. He kept his eyes watchful upon the two large wolves, ready to leap into the freezing cold water should either one attempt to hurt him. Yet the chances of that seemed quite slim at this stage, so he didn't worry too much about it. Well slim in his eyes.
Then the....female....wolf spoke, her voice like a hot whip on moist skin. Lashing and painful, obviously they had something not to like about each other. The thing that intrigued the little pup more, was how could he tell it was a female? Was it simply because of her scent, or did she remind him of the mother he knew for only a short time. Even if the memories of the pup's mother were fleeting, he still had slight glimpses that he remembered. Perhaps, this 'Acelia' was of the same breed as 'Mother.' It also could have been, that he had not seen his mother that much, so he could not tell the difference between 'Acelia' and 'Mother.'
He then stiffened up, as his eyes glanced upon the other wolf, a 'Male' wolf. It seemed his hiding wasn't as good as initially thought. The pup's throat tightened, but he could let out a growl or anything. He jaw clamped shut, and body stiffened and his throat stuck to itself. The wolf struck fear into the small pup, just by it's glance. His idea to leap into the river wasn't looking to hopeful now, and he could feel himself being threatened. It moved towards him, making his presence known, showing his power off. The pup was scared, but was intent on not showing it. Instead keeping his eyes forward, and not moving. He breathed slowly, even that now a tedious task. It spoke to him.
It's dialect was strange, different slightly to the others he had heard upon this island, but he understood it. It spoke, if not to him, it was about him. The wolf turned away, much to his relief. Slowly he took in a long needed breath, and almost fainted on his feet. It was a frightening experience. He held himself there still. Too afraid to move, they could easily attack him now, but they could just as easily attack him if he moved. So he was intent on staying put, until he felt safe to move again. [/blockquote]

I don't want them entering and being on my land... You're land and wolves are so kind and gentle pussies... I suggest you find the strays and remove them from my lands..."
Just when Acelia was about to reply, the Alpha suddenly directed his attention towards another wolf, which neither of them had noticed before. The pup was very small, with a furry pelt as white as snow.
"Soldier in training... fresh blood to be spilt.. oh... you poor animal." The cruel Alpha spoke again, snarling as he did so, which made him look as if he was about to attack the defenseless pup. Acelia unsheathed her claws, bracing for a fight while her brown eyes fell upon the terrified pup. The smaller wolf was breathing slowly as he crouched down onto the ground, trying to make himself stay hidden. It was too late to be hiding though, since his presence had been revealed.
"Strays are not my pack's problems. Maybe if you would patrol your borders, you wouldn't have so many trespassers." Acelia growled, bracing herself for a fight. Slowly and carefully she moved in front of the small pup, so she could defend him if needed.

You make me laugh... By this time all of his interest in the pup had run out he was not here to kill... for once. he rarely came into these lands, why? Simply because he hated this bitch and she hated him but somehow they could talk reason between eachother and manage just fine. Ears lifted as she spoke. Teeth showed and he snarled.
'As strong as Denali is, I don't have male's and willing female's to waste, you will need the help of the strays that is for sure...'
He snarled and stood up off his hind end and stared at her, peircing blue eyes seemed to burn through her. He eyed the pup as she stood in front of it. Tongue licked his maw and ears fell back against his skull. hard time to trust the male? It must of been he was brutalizing and one thing was for sure, he wouldn't stop at a pup to even sniff it before brutalizing it.
' So much tention and hard feelings between us dearest...'
Vocals snarled at hera nd head tilted a bit to the left, ears lifted he let out the fakest whimper a wolf could, then a snarl and a whicked chuckle left his mouth. This wench would soon lose her land to Denali but for now she seemed to have a new alpha along her side one he knew very well. One he hated and that alpha hated him.
'Well... I shall leave you two to it...
Eyes fell on the pup and he snarled at him.
Best watch your back.... cause I'll be chewing on it'
He snarled and howled in laughter, long jagged teeth stuck over his lips and made him alot vicious looking as he was. Tail flicked and he snarled spinning on his hind legs. Huge body trotted off towards the forest very merrily.
' Oh... and do tell Jay I stopped by... mmhmhmmh... tell him I send my love dearly to the bitch...'
He snarled and bounded off into the trees towards home. This new alpha was Jaybird, Dee knew him well. He would never bump into him... but he would definatly have a set of eyes on him... Dee thought to himself as his long legs and huge paws carried him home bound.

Optics lifted gently as the blue appearing male lifted his feet to wander about with no real reason. Tail flicked gently as his large thick body moved along. Ears lifted gently and purple optics glancing about. His paws spreading and stretching with each step he took. He looked around him, nothing special... nothing worth noticing.
Till a black shadow ran past, yes... The scent of Demogorgon ran into his moist nostrils. He picked up his feet and jogged to wards the scent, but the fast and agile male was gone. Jay put his nose to the ground lifted his head and picked up and fast pace jog back tracking Dee to wards the waters. To wards the alphess and a small pup. The large male slowed down to a trot then a walk and made his way over.
'Demogorgon was here?'
His vocals were much deeper then Demogorgon's, his suited his huge thick body though, unlike Dee who was lengthy and had a hyena's laughter and a vicious voice. Ears lifted to wards the alphess. He looked away, she was beautiful to him, but yet they were not mates nor really even friends... yet. He had, had his eye on her for the longest time and just didn't make a move.
Optics fell to the pup now he was small. About the size of Jaybird's paw. His ears fell back gently as his head lowered and gently took the scent of the little one. He seemed untouched by Demogorgon, Jay thought perhaps this small pup was hurt and thats why Acelia was standing in front of him.
Hello little one...'
Vocals spoke gently to the smaller one. It was odd how completely opposite Jay and Demogorgon were yet they were completely how the alpha's should be. Jay was gentle and golden hearted that loved and trusted his pack but still was violent and vicious. And Dee was gentle and heart filled to only the alphess of Denali and vicious and rude to everyone else. Optics looked up to the alphess. Ears lifted gently.
' Are you okay? He didn't hurt one of you did he? he didn't touch you did he?'
His vocals spoke gently. There was no sign of a struggle or a fight, just relaxed paw prints and hind end marks. His tail flicked gently and his mind settled. His heart relaxed and he too sat his large body down on the ground. Huge heart pounded, pumping blood to his body. Purple eyes fell on the two other wolves waiting for some kind of conversation.

The pup could smell it, at least he thought he could. It had moved away and 'Acelia' had moved in front of him, almost like she was defending him. It was probably a figment of his imagination, but it made himself feel safer. He had a habit of calling male wolves 'it' instead of he or him. Something he grow out of hopefully. Alas it wasn't something that overly bothered him at the moment. He had his eyes upwards, gazing between 'Acelia's' legs, and catching a glimpse of the hideous it's glare, it's cackle sending chills through his body and making his blood run cold. The pup now buried his head under his front paws, both of his ears pointing straight up, well the one with the mark had a bend at the tip.
'Best watch your back.... cause I'll be chewing on it' That was enough of a fright for the little pup. He whimpered slightly, and wished his father and mother were here right now, they'd protect him. Stop this wolf and his threats, no matter how strong a wolf this 'Acelia' was, she wasn't his mother, she wasn't his father....if that was possible. He didn't believe that she could protect him if he really needed to be protected. His whimpers were soft, and he could feel the fur around his eyes slightly dampen. He lifted one paw of his left eye and gazed up, just in time to see 'it' bound off into and away from the little himself and 'Acelia.' He popped his head up, then stood up on four legs. He looked over at 'Acelia.' He hadn't learned to speak too well just yet, but could at least say one thing. The little wolf's language was a bizarre one, one of the strange 'Arctic's'.
"Swofn uai" This of course meant, 'Thank you.' It was the only two words he could remember to say, in a dialect most wolves would understand, it had never been a problem before, because most of the 'Arctic's' could understand what he was saying rather easily. This wolf however was not a Arctic, and most likely wouldn't understand. However he could only hope she got what he meant to say. The little pup was quite ready to turn tail and run away now, feeling much safer. Alas he felt much safer he, 'It' that other nasty wolf that had just made his leave, could easily come and catch the little wolf pup in the open. Then he'd be chewing the little pup's hide. Much safer to stay here.
It was then he noticed a rather odd pair of eyes. Purple optics had made there way towards them, a pair belonging to a rather large, powerful 'It' wolf. Large wasn't a good enough word. This wolf was huge, the pup was the size of one of it's paws....maybe. Perhaps when he grew up, and became Alpha or the 'Arctic's' when he left this island, he would be just as big and powerful. Then he could cackle like one of those bizarre dogs, the ones who seemed like they were laughing all the time, with that high pitched and eerie laugh. The pup layed himself down, in front of the grass beside 'Acelia's' back legs. He gazed up at the new wolf that had made his presence.
'Hello little one.' The little wolf looked up and panted slightly. "Hello....big wolf...." That was one way to greet someone. It probably wasn't the best way to address a much older, powerful and most likely an Alpha wolf, but it was the best combination of words he could put together. He lay there on the ground, simply gazing up at the new wolf.

Demogorgon was taunting the small pup, who was cowering in fear while he was crouching in his hiding place. Fortunately, the fierce Denali Alpha left before Acelia had the chance to reply to his cruel words. Once the Alpha had left, the small pup spoke two strange words, in a language Acelia didn't understand.
Then, another familiar wolf bounded down towards Acelia and the frightened pup. The newcomer had fur that looked as if it was painted blue, while his bright purple eyes looked down upon the scene.
"Demogorgon was here?" he asked, his purple eyes falling upon the small pup. "Hello little one..." he said gently and soothingly. "Are you okay? He didn't hurt one of you did he? He didn't touch you did he?'
"Hello....big wolf...." the frightened pup replied, not answering the Alpha's questions. The small pup looked terrified and scared of the larger and much stronger wolves.
"He just wanted to talk about strays being on his land." Acelia said to Jay, with a swish of her tail. "He thought we would remove them from his territory, since Denali can't defend theirs!" the Alphess paused, glancing in the direction Demogorgon had headed to. "We should check if he actually left our territory.... he might have stopped to hunt some of our prey."

Ears lifted as he looked down on the small fluff that lay behind the alphess's hind legs. Poor pup. Purple eyes glanced about before ears shot to wards the small voice that rang into them. His heart pounded in awe at the small wolf. Calling him big wolf made him chuckle deeply. Ears standing up he smiled.
' Please young one... call me Jay'
He said vocals kind, ears flicked to wards Acelia. She spoke to him of Demogorgon the name made Jay angry made his skin crawl. He gnashed his teeth at the female but not in anger at her, it was kind of like the way mates would do it to each other when they were upset. never touching the other with their teeth just flashing them near their face. Though Acelia and Jay were not mates, jay treated her like one.
He looked around and inhaled deep. Eyes blinked no scent hung, the breeze blew still nothing a faded scent hung but nothing strong or persistent.
' He is gone... his scent is no longer here... He has left. What has brought you two down here??'
Just as he spoke a loud howl ripped out of the Denali alpha's mouth, it echoed, it was a call.. a sign he had returned home and for his pack to assemble. Jay snarled viciously and let out a loud yelp before ears flattened, hind end spread and he stood right in front of Acelia and the pup, his tail and rump inches from both a dominate stance. Head bend back and mouth parted, a howl of pride and power left the alpha's mouth, Demogorgon was not welcome here.

The pup lay on the floor, his tail dusting the ground slightly. He panted softly, the most exciting, most scary and most life threatening even that had happened in his short life so far, happened on the same day, at the same time, in the same minute. It was a strange thought to the little pup, but dwelling on things isn't something he was good at. Dwelling was bad for a little wolf, he had to move on with life. Or so he kept telling himself, yet his mind always drifted back to his father and his singular memory of his mother. Yet he felt safe sitting near this 'Acelia' and this 'Jay' did not scare him as much as the 'Demogorgan.'
He looked up at Acelia and listened closely to her soft words. "We should check if he actually left our territory.... he might have stopped to hunt some of our prey." The pup shook his head a little, and his right ear shot straight up. He looked over at Jay then at Acelia, hoping that she'd change her mind, or he'd change it for her. He didn't want to see that wolf again, but he didn't want to be alone. He felt much safer at the feet of Acelia and Jay then he would be traveling by himself, or traveling to see if that 'Demogorgan' had left their land. He then heard Jay speak.
"He is gone... his scent is no longer here... He has left. What has brought you two down here?" This made the pup smile softly, then he closed his eyes. He thought he should answer first, it would be a better thing to do. He was an intruder upon their land as-well and he should explain himself. He had been taught his manners well for the short time he knew his father. "Father said, I should keep going, until I found some other wolves....he said that before he wouldn't wake up."
This pup didn't know death, he didn't know what it was when someone refused to wake up after falling asleep. Yet he knew the sadness that death brought upon those, who felt for another. It wouldn't be long until he had to know what death was. For now, he'd prefer to think, one day, Father would wake up again. That Mother would wake up again, and they would be a happy family. That's what he thought, that's what he would know for a while. Until the time came when he had to learn death. ((It's suckish, sorry, low on muse.))

the young pup spoke softly, unaware what ‘not waking up’ really was. Acelia’s eyes softened as she looked at the parentless pup, all alone in the middle of the wilderness, without a family watching over him. Acelia had a soft spot for pups, especially ones who had lost their family at such a young age, never knowing who their family really was. It was sad, but the past couldn’t be changed or altered, no matter how miserable it was. How could the lone pup survive the world, by himself without his mother to teach him the dangers of the wild? The only solution that wouldn’t cause him harm was to have him adopted into the pack, where he would be safe with many older wolves watching over him. The Alphess looked at Jay, wondering if he would agree to let the pup into the pack. Turning around, she spoke softly to Jay, so the pup wouldn’t hear. “Jay, what shall we do with this pup...?” Acelia asked quietly, looking over to where the young pup was crouching. “Should we let him into the pack? I don’t think he would survive very long in the wild...” [/scrolly][/blockquote]

Death... that was a touchy subject that even Jay fled from. Well flee was the wrong word cause Jay didn't flee from anything. Ears lifted and eyes softened. How could he go through life not understanding what death was? Perhaps it was for the best... no? Paws expanded as his weight was relaxed on them. Limbs stepped forward and moved his body towards the pup. His nose ran across the pups back and he sighed. The scent of Denali was not on him...
He looked to Acelia as she spoke his head lifted from the pup and he nodded gently as he thought to himself. Yes he wanted to the pup to stay but could he be trusted? He seemed so scared so young and unknowing... but what if he was more... Denali did not hang on him but what if it was a trick. Being an alpha Jay had to prepare for the worst. His ears laid back he let out a long sigh.
' We shall take him... Raise him as one of us... train him and send him out to battle... Should he ever betray us... should he ever be caught doing bad against us... and only after his training... He shall be killed...
His words were serious and his eyes never left the pup. This was huge for an alpha of a tight run pack to allow a stray pup at that into his land was almost unheard of. Not any alphas would do this, females perhaps but the males would usually kill them off. Jay had a lot of trust but it was easily broken. He stepped over to the pup his head lowered over the small canine's back and teeth grabbed onto his scruff. Like a mother would do to their pup he lifted the small wolf up and looked to Acelia.
It was time for them to head back to the alpha den. Ears flicked back. Did they even have an alpha den? Jay wouldn't know he would of never really gone there. Ears flopped back against his head and the top of his dome ran across acelia's body, this was a sign of dominance towards her, a sign of lust and affection. Was that wrong? No they were both the alpha so Jay would start to show Acelia, he wanted her.
